Perfect Patterns is capable of manufacturing permanent molds from hardened materials such as H-13 or 4140 exceeding Rc50.
Your most intricate features don’t have to be sacrificed at Perfect Patterns. We excel at intricate detail, in large, deep molds. We’ve been able to nearly eliminate the need for an EDM and are able to produce a finish that requires little to no polishing to draw, resulting in even shorter production schedules. We can fully engineer and rig your mold with gating, ejection, and hydraulic slide pieces to fit in a Hall or Stahl molding machine, as well as your custom molding machine.
