| At Perfect Patterns, we are capable of building your most complicated low-pressure permanent and semi-permanent molds from hardened materials such as 4140, H-13 or gray iron. Our EDM capabilities allow us to ensure dimensional and visual perfection of your most intricate features while keeping to the ever-shortening production schedules. All molds are draw polished by hand with stones to create a surface finish any foundry would envy. We can fully engineer and rig your mold with gating, ejection, and hydraulic slide pieces to fit your custom mold machine. |
